I wanted to provide you an update regarding Personal theft (e.g. pick pocketing, no violence used), which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. We have received reports that ATM machines in Enfield Town are being tampered with and devices are being placed inside machines which are intended to prevent the victims bank card and/or cash from ejecting. Please pay close attention to the condition of ATMs before use and report to bank or shop staff if you think something isn't quite right.
